This summer we perfected our Espresso Roast profile at our pop-up at the Bodega South Main through immediate feedback from customers and daily tastings on our espresso machine. Dark and chocolatey, this washed Ethiopian has been roasted to brew perfectly in an at-home espresso maker (but it also tastes great on drip!) Anytime you see us working on an espresso machine this is what we're using!
